RCM Performance Transformation
CASE SERIES | The Client: National nephrology practice and Management Services Organization (MSO), headquartered in Washington, D.C.
-

Overview
JHD Healthcare Partners partnered with Panoramic, a national nephrology practice and management services organization supporting hundreds of providers across multiple states. While Panoramic was recognized for clinical excellence, leadership identified that its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function lacked the structure, transparency, and scalability required to support continued growth and maintain trust with its provider base.
JHDHP was engaged to establish a high-performing RCM organization with accountable leadership, clear performance expectations, and scalable systems capable of supporting a large, multi-state physician enterprise.
-

Approach
JHDHP focused on building a durable RCM operating model anchored by strong leadership, disciplined performance management, and cost efficiency. This included installing experienced RCM leadership, evaluating and aligning existing teams, and establishing clear, payer- and practice-specific metrics to drive accountability across the revenue cycle.
In parallel, JHDHP optimized the use of offshore resources to improve efficiency and accuracy while reducing cost to collect. Standardized onboarding and integration approaches were developed to ensure new practices could be incorporated consistently as the organization continued to scale.

Results
Panoramic achieved best-practice net collections performance while reducing cost to collect by 50 percent. A fully staffed, hybrid onshore and offshore RCM organization was established, supported by transparent reporting and defined accountability. With scalable leadership and integration capabilities in place, Panoramic is now positioned to support sustained growth while maintaining strong performance and provider trust.
