Kelvin Drawdy

  • Kelvin Drawdy has over 28 years of experience in healthcare services delivery, with an emphasis in the business and financial operations of hospital and physician organizations. He has served as the regional director for a national hospital organization and Vice President of Business Office Operations for Healthcare Financial Advisors.

Stuart Rosenberg, MD


  • For over 30 years, Dr. Rosenberg has significantly improved the clinical effectiveness, governance, operations, and financial performance of large physician groups, Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), ACOs and healthcare systems. A Rheumatologist by training, Dr. Rosenberg served as Medical Director in the Ochsner Health Plan and in the Ochsner Clinic. He was also CEO of the Beth Israel Deaconess affiliated physician group while concurrently serving as President of the system’s physician-led ACO.

  • John H. Duffy, the founder of the JHD Healthcare Partners, LLC, has over 33 years of experience, with 27 years in management consulting and business management. Before establishing the firm, Duffy was the National Director and COO of American Practice Management Inc. (APM Inc.), and the National Managing Partner for Coopers & Lybrand’s healthcare consulting business.

Patti Rosenberg

  • Patti Rosenberg has over 30 years of healthcare management and consulting experience with an emphasis on improving the financial, operational, and patient experience of physician practices. She has also led numerous practice acquisitions and post-merger integrations. Most recently, she redesigned the organizational structure, metrics reporting, and workflows for Centegra Physician Group in Chicago in preparation for a merger with Northwestern Health System.

Kimberly Buser, MBA

  • Kimberly Buser is a healthcare operations leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting hospitals and physician organizations through operational improvement and change. She specializes in simplifying complex workflows, stabilizing teams, and strengthening operating discipline across revenue cycle and provider operations. Her work focuses on improving performance in areas such as physician onboarding, credentialing, payer enrollment, and claims submission—reducing delays, rework, and avoidable errors while improving accountability and consistency.

    Kimberly has held hospital administration roles with Tenet Healthcare and has served in interim leadership and consulting roles for health systems and physician groups across the country. She holds an MBA from Baylor University.

Richard Feldman, MBA


  • Richard brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience supporting healthcare organizations in the behavioral health space. He has served as a hospital CEO, President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Healthcare Corporation, and co-founder and Managing Principal of a national behavioral healthcare consulting firm. His work has focused on helping hospitals, health systems, and post-acute organizations strengthen strategy, operations, and financial performance.

    Richard has advised more than 200 healthcare organizations across the United States on strategic planning, market demand forecasting, organizational development, and leadership. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University and has held academic appointments at Virginia Commonwealth University and Duquesne University.

Kelsey Taylor, BSN, RN

  • Kelsey Taylor is a healthcare operations and clinical management professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting process improvement across clinical, operational, and technical teams. She brings a strong clinical background combined with hands-on operational expertise, helping organizations improve efficiency, implement scalable programs, and maintain continuity during periods of growth or system change.

    Her experience includes EMR transitions, workflow redesign, performance reporting, and training development across multi-site healthcare environments. Prior to joining JHD Healthcare Partners, Kelsey served as Director of Clinical Operations for a national healthcare organization and worked clinically in hospital and urgent care settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Bill McCallum

  • Bill McCallum brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare data management and business intelligence. He specializes in integrating complex data environments to support operational, financial, and clinical performance improvement across health systems, physician groups, and health plans. His work focuses on rationalizing disparate data platforms, building cross-system reporting capabilities, and enabling organizations to access actionable information quickly and reliably.

    Bill has supported prominent healthcare organizations including Parkland Hospital, UT Southwestern Medical System, St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York, Fallon Hospital in Massachusetts, Lovelace Health System, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. He has founded and led multiple analytics and data integration firms and is the holder of a patent related to physician data rationalization. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Technological University.

  • JHDHP reduced a $12 million operating loss to breakeven, re-designed the physician compensation system for 260 physicians, strengthened the use of the supporting EHR and Practice Management Systems, re-staffed a number of physician and administrative positions and developed an integrated Strategic Plan.

  • JHDHP helped design and implement strategies to increase engagement with community physicians, consolidated employed physician organizations to develop a network strategy that would position the pediatric healthcare system successfully for value-based reimbursement.

  • Assisted a large multi-specialty independent physician organization (500 providers) in New Jersey develop a governance and management structure.

  • JHDHP helped implement outreach activities to increase alignment with community physicians and increase a community hospital in Illinois. presence.

  • JHDHP worked closely with a number of specialty practices to help them implement the necessary changes to improve financially.

  • JHDHP developed a comprehensive plan to clinically integrate three hospitals, 450 employed/community physicians, and a provider-owned health plan toward single signature contacting, managed risk for designated populations, and reduced the cost of care.

  • Assisted with the development of a Physician Integration and Medical Staff Development strategy that set the stage for both employing key physicians and tightly aligning community physicians to the hospital.

  • JHDHP consolidated 500 physicians and 110 practices (with tax IDs) using eight different management systems onto a single practice management system with a single tax ID with standardized supporting policies, a new fee schedule and a Central Billing Office (CBO).

  • JHDHP managed the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management System as part of a Clinical Integration Strategy and built the necessary supporting infrastructure for a network of over 800 independent physicians in southern California.
